Adam Knight has been appointed Theatre Director at The Lyceum Theatre, Crewe. Currently, Programming Manager at Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall, Adam joins the venue from March 2018 following the departure of Gordon Millar who will move to the position of Artistic Director & CEO at Unity Theatre, Liverpool.
Prior to his time at the Waterfront and Ulster Hall Adam was Executive Director at the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, General Manager at Edinburgh Playhouse and Operations Director at the Grand Opera House, Belfast.
Crewe Lyceum which opened in 1911 has been operated by HQ Theatres since 2013 after the company successfully bid to win the operating contract. Its programme of events includes week-long touring musicals, drama, award-winning comedians and family shows.
